Keeping a school safe is the responsibility of all participants; parents, students,

staff and community organizations.

The staff at St.Patrick’s and St.Columban has paid special attention to

making our school environments welcoming and safe but there is always more to be done.

In the interest of gathering information about parental views we have created this survey.

Please take the time to complete this survey and return it in an envelope addressed to “the

principal” with your child. Should you require additional copies for individual children,

please print from our school website or ask for another survey to be sent home.

Use the rating scale 1 2 3 4 with 1 being not at all, 2 being somewhat, 3 being

consistently and 4 being always, please respond to the following questions.
